Can I return a hat if it's not right?
Yes. Orders take 4 to 5 days to process plus 3 to 5 days in transit, and orders over $100 ship free. You can return a hat within 30 calendar days of your order date, and we pay for return shipping. The hat needs to come back unworn, undamaged, and in a box. Hats sent back in a poly mailer get crushed in transit and can't be refunded. Once your return passes inspection, we refund your original payment method.
