What kinds of cool hats does Mad Hatter sell?
We make four core hat styles: trucker, snapback, flat bill, and 7 panel. Each one has its own collection, so you can shop by the shape you already like. Designs range from one word to a full inside joke. We also have women's hats and youth hats.
What size are Mad Hatter hats?
Adult hats are one size fits most. Youth hats are sized separately for kids.
How long does shipping take, and can I return a hat?
Orders take 4 to 5 days to process plus 3 to 5 days in transit. Orders over $100 ship free. You can return items within 30 calendar days of your order date, and we pay for return shipping. Items need to come back unworn and undamaged.
Please return hats in a box. Hats sent back in a poly mailer get crushed in transit and can't be refunded. Apparel is fine in a poly mailer. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
