Normally, I'm VERY skeptical about buying any kind of clothing or accessories I cant try on, but I took a chance on Mad Hatter because my birthday is coming up and just wanted to get myself something. I bought 2 hats from them and received them today. All I had to do was adjust the snap back 1 notch and the both fit perfectly, both wore forwards and backwards. The quality is fantastic and better than I expected from buying something blindly online. If you're on the fence about purchasing, take the leap of faith. You won't be disappointed.

1 star because this is not what I ordered and no one would respond to emails to fix it before it even shipped. Get a customer service number

I personally reviewed your messages, order, and support ticket after seeing your review.

Your message was not ignored. On September 17, our system recognized that your request required a team member, handed the conversation off to Support, and tagged it “AI Needs Help.” Those tickets enter our customer service queue and are reviewed in the order received.

Your order was fulfilled and shipped within one business day, so unfortunately it had already left our warehouse before your support ticket reached a team member for review. Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, we cannot change the product inside the shipment.

I have now approved your return request so we can get this corrected. The return portal automates the process from here: once the original hat is received and the return is processed, the correct black-on-black Daddy Hat will be released to ship.

I understand you attempted to reach us before shipment, and I wanted to personally clarify that your messages were not being ignored—the order simply moved through fulfillment faster than the support ticket moved through the queue.

Great hat although your ads are misleading as that is not exactly the hats that you actually sell. They basically look the same but there not. Still happy with my purchase and would buy again.
