The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C. offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout to provide customers with peace of mind in the event of loss, theft, or damage to their order while in transit. Customers who elect to purchase this service may be eligible for a one-time replacement of affected items, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By completing a purchase and selecting Shipping Protection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy and understands that eligibility for a replacement is subject to the specific conditions described herein.

Eligibility for Replacement

Lost Packages:

To qualify for a replacement due to a lost package, a minimum of fourteen (14) days must pass from the date the shipping label was created. This waiting period allows for potential transit delays or other unforeseen carrier issues. If the package is still undelivered after that time and Shipping Protection was purchased, The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C. may issue a replacement.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is not in the customer’s possession, the customer must first contact their local post office to investigate. The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered, but customers who purchased Shipping Protection may be eligible for a one-time replacement after completing all verification steps, at the sole discretion of The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C.

Limitations and Exclusions

Shipping Protection applies exclusively to lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The following terms apply:
Confirmed Delivery: If a package is marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for retrieval lies with the customer. The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C. will not issue refunds or replacements for such packages unless:

• Damaged Shipments: If a package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must submit photographic documentation and a written description of the damage. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. Replacements are subject to approval.
• Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The Mad Hatter Co. L.L.C. is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.
